RMIT University would like to invite a representative from your agent to our African and European Agent Retreat at the RMIT Europe hub in Barcelona, Spain.

This will be a great opportunity to learn more about RMIT's programs, facilities and research opportunities. We have representatives travelling from RMIT Melbourne and RMIT Vietnam to present some informative sessions.

We will also include some fun cultural activities and social events during the retreat.

Dates: Wednesday 26 September - Saturday 29 September 2018

Location: RMIT Europe, 117 Carrer de Roc Boronat, Barcelona 08018, Spain

(You will be asked to arrive on Wednesday 26 September for a dinner, and fly out of Barcelona on Saturday 29 September. Sessions will take place at RMIT Europe on Thursday 27 - Friday 28 September).

RMIT will be covering the costs of flights and accommodation for one representative (provided you are traveling from another country / city outside of Barcelona). If you wish to send an extra representative, this will be at your agency's own cost. Please make sure that any extra representatives also fill in the registration form and specify that they are a paying guest.

Flights and transfers

You will be responsible for booking your own flights and then we will require you to invoice RMIT so that we can reimburse you. All flights should be economy class.

RMIT will arrange and cover the cost of airport transfers on Wednesday 26 September and Saturday 29 September. If you decide to stay longer you will be responsible for your own transfer.

Accommodation

RMIT will arrange 3 nights accommodation from Wednesday 26 September - Saturday 29 September for one representative from your agency. If you wish to stay additional nights you will need to arrange this yourself at your own cost. The accommodation will be located in the vicinity of RMIT Europe, Barcelona, in the Glories district.

Meals

RMIT will arrange all meals during the Agent Retreat. If you have any dietary requirements, please list these in the registration form.
