This yoga class is for everyBODY. It is not so much about discipline, but in contrary- this practice is about listening from within, finding rhythm in the body/ breath/ and mind, trusting your body's wisdom, and feeling- as oppose to forcing postures.

What if I am a beginner in yoga?

GREAT! Even better! Then you won't be warped by the yogic physical standards. We think outside of the box at Santo Santo! We love beginners and welcome you with open arms!

What if it rains?

If the weather doesn't permit, we won't have class. You can get a refund, or come the following Saturday, as we have classes everyday at 11am.

You can pay vía Bizum (Spanish account), Venmo or Zelle (US account), or cash.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

Yes, you must bring your own mat, towell and bottle of water.
