• In this intimate gathering (maximum 8 guests), you’ll be immersed in a deep journey of sound medicine. Tibetan bowls are placed directly on the body, allowing gentle vibrations to travel through muscles and tissues, releasing tension and recalibrating your nervous system.
• The session culminates with the grounding tones of the gong, guiding you into a meditative state where stillness and renewal naturally unfold.
