Coach Ana Alexandre will lead the first part of the event with an exercise on how to stay focused on achieving your aspirations. The coaching session will take about 1h - 1.5h of the entire event. Please be ready to take some notes.

The second part will mark a mindfulness exercise and meditation to mark the summer solstice arrival and embrace the beautiful energy of this new coming season.
