SUNSET YOGA ON THE BEACH WITH ALICE

Join me for a relaxing and energizing Vinyasa flow at sunset✨.

The classes will be every Thursdays at 20 pm and on Sundays at 21 pm.

The class is open to everyone and accessible to all the levels!

During the yoga session you will experience all the aspects of yoga, this includes breath works excercises and meditations, in order to unwind and connect our body in the best way🧡

The class will be led in english, in order to be accessible to everyone!

To join the class you will just need a mat, some water, a smile and a good spirit 🌞
