As 2025 comes to an end, the global economy stands at a crossroads—shaped by shifting trade policies, financial markets under pressure, and a world adapting to the return of Donald Trump’s administration.
In this Masterclass, we’ll reflect on the key economic trends of the year, explore how U.S. policy choices are rippling across global markets, and consider what these dynamics mean for business leaders navigating an increasingly complex geopolitical landscape.
In this event, we’ll explore also how our Global Senior Management Program (https://www.ie.edu/lifelong-learning/programs/global-senior-management-program/) provides a unique perspective on leadership, going beyond traditional management to help business leaders navigate complexity and the disruptive forces shaping today’s world. The program approaches leadership through the lens of the social sciences and humanities, while fully embracing innovation and technology.
