About this event

Frequently asked questions

1. Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for anyone experiencing unexplained fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, chronic stress, or autoimmune symptoms — whether or not you have a diagnosis. It's also ideal for those curious about neurodivergence, holistic health, or Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI).

2. Do I need to be neurodivergent to attend?

Not at all. While neurodivergent experiences are discussed, the workshop offers insights and tools relevant to everyone — especially those seeking new answers to long-standing health issues.

3. What is Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI)?

PNI is the study of how our thoughts, nervous system, immune system, and hormones interact. It's a powerful science that helps us understand how emotions, stress, and lifestyle habits influence physical health.

4. Will there be practical tips I can apply in daily life?

Yes! You’ll leave with evidence-based strategies for improving energy, stress resilience, and immune health through nervous system regulation, mindful nutrition, and lifestyle changes.

5. Is this workshop based on personal experience or science?

Both. Your host, María Fernanda, combines lived experience as someone with ADHD and autoimmune symptoms with current studies in Psychoneuroimmunology and research insights.

6. How long is the workshop and where will it be held?

It will be a 2 hour live session hosted online (via Zoom). You’ll receive the link after registration.

7. Can I ask questions during the session?

Absolutely. There will be a live Q&A section at the end, and you'll also be invited to fill out an optional survey to support ongoing research.

8. I’m new to all of this — will I understand it?

Yes. The content is presented in clear, empathetic language with no medical jargon. This is for real people, not professionals.

9. How much does it cost?

We offer a donation based (suggested €5–20) to make the workshop accessible, while also supporting independent research and development of inclusive health tools.
