About this event
We are delighted to invite you to an exclusive online Master Class, where we will explore the profile of independent directors most in demand by boards today, challenging the notion of a single “ideal” director.
As collective bodies, boards require a balanced mix of knowledge and experience to effectively address the challenges facing their organizations. Together, we will examine how the Competency Matrix defines board composition, helps identify the ideal profile for new members, and why it is essential to reflect on our own competencies to ensure we add value as independent directors.
This event is approach to the Board Members Program, that combines academic insights with practical, boardroom-tested frameworks. Through a robust curriculum, case studies, and expert-led discussions, participants gain the skills to:
- Navigate complex governance challenges.
- Manage board responsibilities with confidence.
- Lead organizations toward sustainable, long-term success.
In this exclusive event, we’ll be examining how our Board Members Program can prepare you for the challenges of today’s boardrooms.
