Hosted at IE Tower in the financial heart of Madrid, and live-streamed via Zoom, this forum marks the official introduction of IE’s Master in Financial Technology, a program designed to prepare professionals to lead at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation.

The evening will open with Andrés Alonso, Academic Director, who will present the vision behind the MFT and explain why developing FinTech talent is more critical than ever. This will be followed by an exclusive master class with Jacob Oro  from J.P. Morgan, who will share his personal journey in “An Engineer in Investment Banking”, offering a real-world perspective on how technical profiles are reshaping financial institutions.

The program will continue with a high-impact panel discussion, “The Future of FinTech Talent,” featuring senior voices from leading organizations across banking, technology, and entrepreneurship. Moderated by Andrés Alonso, the panel will explore the skills, mindsets, and career paths that will define the next generation of FinTech leaders.
