Additionally, the growing integration of financial mechanisms—such as fractional ownership and art-backed lending—will be analyzed in the context of their implications for collectors, investors, and institutions.
Maria Sancho-Arroyo: is an art market expert with over 30 years of experience, having worked at the MNAC in Barcelona, the Louvre in Paris, and Sotheby’s in London. She teaches at the Sotheby’s Institute in New York and Centro Universitario in Mexico, while also lecturing internationally. Fluent in four languages, Maria contributes to Il Giornale dell’Arte and The Art Newspaper. Her book, ¿Inversión o pasión?, explores art market dynamics. She is also involved in charitable arts initiatives and serves on the Circle Committee at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.
