Meet Your Retreat Facilitator – Clio Byrne

Originally from Ireland and now based in Barcelona, Clio Byrne is a dedicated music, yoga and wellness facilitator with a deep passion for creating supportive, transformative spaces. She is a qualified Hatha and Somatic/Grief Yoga teacher, a trained music therapist, and a professional singer with years of experience guiding individuals through music, movement, and healing practices.

Clio brings a holistic and heart-led approach to her work—blending her background in music, yoga, and well-being to offer experiences that are both grounding and deeply nourishing. Her sessions are thoughtfully designed to support emotional release, inner connection, and self-expression.

At this retreat, Clio will be holding space through a range of soulful practices, including:

  • Soothing sound baths with crystal bowls and other therapeutic instruments, for deep relaxation and nervous system reset
  • Connection through voice, using mantras and live music to open the heart and quiet the mind
  • Vocal and body expression practices, offering space to move, release, and reconnect with your inner rhythm
  • Mindful nature walks, inviting stillness, presence, and connection to the land
  • Practices for release, gently letting go of what no longer serves you in a safe, supported space

Clio’s facilitation is intuitive, trauma-aware, and rooted in the belief that deep restoration happens when we feel seen, heard, and held. Whether through music, movement, or mindful reflection, her offerings provide an opportunity for reconnection, personal growth, and transformation.

Meet Your Retreat Facilitator – Hannah Dunford

Hannah is a qualified yoga instructor and the founder of Yoga Mountain, based in the serene landscapes of County Wicklow, Ireland. With many years of teaching experience, she specialises in Kids Yoga, Teen Yoga, Private Sessions, and holistic well-being practices.Her classes weave together Pranayama (breathwork), Hatha Flow, Mindfulness, and Meditation, enriched by her love for music, poetry, mantra chanting, and therapeutic touch. As a qualified Nutrition Specialist and Massage Therapist, with training in complementary therapies including Reflexology, Psychology, and Anatomy & Physiology, Hannah offers a truly holistic approach to yoga. Her work supports both physical vitality and mental well-being, creating space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and self-discovery.

At this retreat, Hannah will be holding space through a variety of nurturing practices, including:

  • Gentle Yoga: Accessible and calming movement sessions designed to release tension, support the body, and encourage a sense of ease.
  • Breathing Techniques: Guided breathwork to help calm the nervous system, centre the mind, and deepen the connection between body and breath.
  • Inspiring and Reflective Workshops: Thoughtfully curated sessions that encourage self-inquiry, creativity, and personal insight in a supportive group setting.
