Professor Biography 

Prof. Wigmore Alvarez is Chief Talent Officer at Highered, where she serves as a global leader in student placement, providing schools and corporate partners with information for data-driven decisions. She teaches workshops as Professor of Career Strategy at IE and Associate Professor of HR at the University Loyola Andalucía.

Prof. Wigmore Alvarez conducts panels in over 30 countries and has been quoted in numerous publications, including the Financial Times, Bloomberg Businessweek, CNN Expansión, El País, El Economista, Expansión and Elle.

She holds an MBA from IE Business School and, as a PhD in Economics and Business (University Loyola Andalucía), Dr. Wigmore Alvarez's research focuses on organizational leadership behavior, university social responsibility, and business ethics.
