About this event

This 75-minute morning class offers a gentle, grounding start into your day and weekend with a calming blend of gentle stretches, long-held poses, and quiet moments of stillness. Inspired by Yin Yoga, it focuses on slowing down, releasing tension, and creating space, both in your body and in your mind.We’ll move slowly and mindfully, using gravity and the support of the earth rather than lots of props. Supported by the natural soundtrack of the water, this practice invites you to arrive, slow down, unwind and reconnect; with yourself and the elements around you.Feel free to bring your bathing suit for a refreshing dip in the sea after class!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything?

Yoga mats are available for free, but I only have a limited number — please choose your ticket accordingly (with or without mat). As we’ll be by the beach, I recommend bringing a bottle of water, a towel (great for extra cushioning or to cover your eyes in Shavasana), and sunscreen.

Do I need yoga experience?

Not at all! My classes are open to all levels. Whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, you’re welcome. I offer variations and options so you can practice in a way that feels right for you.

Hi, I’m Evy — the face (and big smile) behind Work in Progress Yoga. I offer Vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, Pilates and sound baths; always with a warm, down-to-earth approach. My classes blend grounding presence with light-hearted curiosity, encouraging you to meet yourself where you are — both on and off the mat. I aim to create spaces that feel authentic, welcoming, and ever evolving, with a focus on connection and personal exploration. Because we’re all a work in progress.
