Do I need yoga experience?

Not at all! My classes are open to all levels. Whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, you’re welcome. I offer variations and options so you can practice in a way that feels right for you.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yoga mats are available for free, but I only have a limited number — please choose your ticket accordingly (with or without mat). If you have a water bottle, feel free to bring it as you can top up your drinking water at the studio.

Hi, I’m Evy — the face (and big smile) behind Work in Progress Yoga. I offer Vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, Pilates and sound baths; always with a warm, down-to-earth approach. My classes blend grounding presence with light-hearted curiosity, encouraging you to meet yourself where you are — both on and off the mat. I aim to create spaces that feel authentic, welcoming, and ever evolving, with a focus on connection and personal exploration. Because we’re all a work in progress.
