Join me for a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow class every Wednesday at 8 am on Cala Major beach (in English/German). We begin with a gentle moment to simply arrive—checking in with body, mind, and breath—before flowing into soft, energizing movement. This all-level class invites you to move in a way that feels good, with plenty of variations offered. Expect a playful vibe, clear guidance, and maybe even a well-placed joke or two. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and connected.Yoga mats are available free of charge with prior notice.

Feel free to bring your bathing suit for a refreshing dip in the sea after class!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything?

Yoga mats are available for free, but I only have a limited number — please choose your ticket accordingly (with or without mat). As we’ll be by the beach, I recommend bringing a bottle of water, a towel (great for extra cushioning or to cover your eyes in Shavasana), and sunscreen.

Do I need yoga experience?

Not at all! My classes are open to all levels. Whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, you’re welcome. I offer variations and options so you can practice in a way that feels right for you.
