Yoga mats are available for free, but I only have a limited number — please choose your ticket accordingly (with or without mat). Water is available so feel free to bring your own bottle.

Do I need yoga experience?

Not at all! My classes are open to all levels. Whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, you’re welcome. I offer variations and options so you can practice in a way that feels right for you.

New to yoga or looking to revisit the foundations? This class offers detailed guidance on postures, including various adaptations for different body types and anatomies. We practice in a small group; you’re invited to be curious, ask questions, and engage in a friendly dialogue, creating a supportive workshop atmosphere where learning and connection come first. No experience needed, just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
