Start your day by the sea, breathing deeply and moving your body to the rhythm of the waves. Every Wednesday in August at 8:30 am, we meet on the sand for a gentle, accessible and revitalizing yoga session. One hour to stretch, wake up calmly, and ease into the day with fresh energy. An invitation to begin your day with intention, sea air, and that ona feeling that stays with you all day long.

Language
Classes are mainly taught in Spanish, but key instructions are given in English when needed, so everyone can follow along comfortably. The goal is for everyone to feel welcome and connected during the session, no matter their language.
What to bring:
• Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
• A yoga mat (if you have one) or a large towel to practice on.
• On sunny days, a hat or sunscreen is a good idea for extra protection
Please be on time
We’ll meet 10 minutes early to head down to the beach together.
