Organisateur de Mother's Circles
Rox is a community and historical herbalist. She is the co-founder of The Historical Herbalists a living history educational project. Founder of Movement in Thyme a herbal non-profit making herbalism accessible to marginalised communities and making herbal remedies. She is an independent researcher of women in medicine focusing on the medieval and early modern period. She is an ambassador for the Herb Society UK, The Association of Foragers, history fellow at The Society of Apothecaries, and member of the Scottish and British Societies of The History of Medicine. She takes people on foraging walks and run women's circles as a way to reclaim lost ancestral knowledge and reconnect with old ways. She also hosts a herbal podcast – The Sage’s Cabin.
