In March 2021, I took a leap of faith and launched my own Independent Brokerage, Mana'o Realty LLC. Licensed since 2006, my journey began with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Distinctive Homes Hawaii, and Horita Realty as Broker-In-Charge.
My company's name, Mana'o, means Thoughts & Ideas, which I've dreamt about and now is a reality! Mana'o also means Knowledge & Opinions that describes us as Realtors®.
Company slogan: E wehe i ka puka means to Open the Door - Mana'o is the key to open the door to your new home. Locally owned and operated on the island of Oahu Hawaii, Mana'o Realty specializes in residential sales helping Buyers and Sellers statewide as well as on the mainland and out of country.
My passionate goal is to serve everyone with the utmost integrity and to provide the very best, sound business advice. Communication is key and I will listen to your story to prepare a plan of action for a successful end result whether you are Selling or Buying. I am very meticulous and trustworthy and will be there to guide you before, during, and after the sale or purchase of your home.
As the Principal Broker of a boutique company, a prime focus is the needs of my agents so that together we can better serve you. Mana'o Realty offers an in-house marketing center, a company Customer Relationship Management (CRM), on-going education, a team of experts, and innovative technology that keeps us current in this rapidly changing industry.
Welcoming new agents to our team, I do offer an 8-week curriculum that will not disappoint.
