Laura MacLeod - Pastry Chef

Hi! I'm Laura, former owner of The Old Apothecary Bakery, current owner of Foraging For Carbs Custom Bakery. When I decided to go to culinary school I didn't know what I was going to do, so I did it all. I have a culinary degree, a baking and pastry degree, as well as Level 3 in Wine and Spirit Education (WSET). Culinary school clarified what I was going to do, I fell in love with the pastry side of things.
