Sarah-Alexandra Teodorescu

Sarah-Alexandra Teodorescu is a wellbeing writer, and mentor with a focus on cultivating a lifelong relationship to the Self. Sarah-Alexandra has been practising yoga and meditation for 20 years, and has been teaching worldwide for 11 years. She has devoted herself to healing modalities that inspire a deep connection to the Self. She is a certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and shinrin yoku guide. She leads curated circles, retreats, and 1:1 mentoring programs that offer lifelong tools for the participants. She knows that true power rests within the individual, and in their capacity to connect to their authenticity. Her joy is anchored in creating safe, nurturing and sacred spaces where individuals feel deeply seen and supported.

Sarah-Alexandra’s journey of reclaiming her Self began with the study of yoga in LA, continued in NY, expanded in Norway, and truly evolved while living in India and Peru. She has had the honour to study with shamans in North, Central, and South America. She is deeply in love with the nature, and the nature of the people in Scotland. Sarah-Alexandra has answered the call of her heart and has made Scotland her home. She has merged her yogic passion with her love of, and study of shamanism, and creative writing as symbiotic healing modalities.

Woven through her practices you will find a focus on the body as an awe-inspiring vehicle of the human experience. A reminder that our individual, embodied relationship to nature is our greatest teacher and healer. A reconnection to and reclaiming of the wisdom and joy of the inner child as our guide through life. She infuses her reverence of gratitude writing, the shamanic drum, and plant medicine as aids in connecting to the heart. She believes that nourishing the Self is a lifelong relationship, and that this relationship is cultivated through daily ritual practices of devotion. Her visionary sights are set on creating a wellness retreat centre on the west coast of Scotland, with the sea and ancient trees as the landscape of healing. The centre will be called Dear Child and it will be dedicated to working with the inner child as the wisdom keeper of life.
