Satya is a Yoga teacher deeply focused on the heart. Acupuncturist Meditator, Cranio-Sacral Therapist, with lifelong passions for health, wellness and alternative medicine, whose mission and passion is to touch the lives of those you know at a deep level, helping people to live a better life and drop in unnecessary suffering.

Originally trained as a nurse, Satya began to redirect her passion towards alternative medicine. Living in Asia for 13 years, studying and practicing with Masters of the Non-Dualism branch throughout the world, including Adyashanti, Mooji, Gangaji ... Continue the practice of Vipassana and full consciousness meditation.He also lived in the Osho ashram in India for 4 years, immersing himself in a deep self-development and discovery in numerous workshops and courses of personal development.

As a certified RYT Yoga Teacher (1000h YTT) in multiple disciplines such as Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, she has had the opportunity to work with a variety of professors and students ranging from physically challenging methods to more therapeutic and gentle restorative styles.

Its main objective is to cultivate awareness and presence. The basis of his teachings is to help people see beyond the "spiritual concepts" and directly observe the "reality of our existence". Currently, Satya lives and works in Spain, Ibiza, and shares her love and experience with yoga, meditation and therapy as tools for Awakening and self-realization.
