UrbnSEEK

UrbnSEEK is a Philadelphia-based cultural studio designing spaces where belonging feels real—blending civic education, collective wellness, and joyful neighborhood activations. We partner with schools, community organizations, and public-facing institutions to turn everyday spaces into places where people can breathe, connect, and build together. Through facilitated experiences, practical tools, and community-rooted design, UrbnSEEK strengthens participation and trust—helping organizations move from “one-time attendees” to repeat participants, volunteer leaders, and ambassadors. Our work is grounded in healing-centered engagement and inclusive facilitation, and we pair that human approach with simple, usable data practices through the SEEK Impact Index™, a framework that tracks connection, care, and community outcomes in ways stakeholders can actually apply.
