Students will leave with their knitting project, having learned the two basic stitches of knitting, how to start and end your knitting project, an introduction to pattern reading, and the warm sense of accomplishment you get from learning a new skill.

Students will create dynamic, multi-layered compositions with a variety of materials: watercolors, acylics ink, images, found objects, and pastels. Techniques explored will include photo transferring, collage, printing, drawing, painting, and assemblage.
