- Traditional Málaga cheeses
- Authentic Jamón Serrano
- Rustic breads & artisan spreads
- Olives and other typical Andalusian snacks
- A guided olive oil tasting workshop – learn to taste the difference between mass-produced and local, organic oils
- Cured meats from small producers
- Seasonal fruits from the region
- Handmade pastries from heritage antique bakeries
- A variety of cold tapas prepared with love
All food is sourced from regional fresh markets or local artisan shops.
🗣️ As you taste, you’ll hear the stories behind the flavours—how locals use each product, where they shop, what spices they use for cooking, and tips for preparing authentic dishes at home.
I will share with you one of the traditional antique recipe from Malaga's pueblos what we often prepare with my mother-in-law ( over 82 years old, sharing with us her grandmother's recipe).
