Generations of flavour has been created by organiser Izabela. Original from Poland, lived 15 years in London and currently in Malaga.

My world is inspired by culinary world where I work for most of my life; organising events and setting up one of the best restaurants in London. With love to true foodie experience, I have created a foodie escapes fcused on authenticity and local producers to celebrate their work and love that comes into every dish.

Generations of Flavour is more than a culinary tourism project - it's a moment celebrating Mediterranean lifestyle, ancestral food wisdom, and holistic well-being.

Inspired about authentic, artisan food and mediterranean lifestyle we organise an unique foodie tours / cooking workshops / rural escapes and retreats.

Our mission is to preserve Mediterranean culinary heritage, support rural communities, and inspire a slower, healthier, and more intentional way of living - through food, nature, and motivational, inspiring social network from around the world.
