The unique experience showcases the flavours of the region, carefully selected produce fresh from local markets and small rural producers. You will not only taste traditional Spanish food, but we invite you to slow-down, savour real tapas, and hear the stories behind what locals eat, how they shop, and what makes this Mediterranean ingredients so unique. To make it very unique we have invited local grandmothers - 82 years old women, who learnt to cook through generations, passing down the food secrets and recipes from their grandmothers and mothers! ( our famous ‘abuelas’ are cooking with us and sharing the recipe secrets on Instagram @generationsofflavour and now teach with us very local pueblo dishes and explain the regional flavours. Spoken by experience and passion for cooking and food!) You will learn to taste like locals, understand quality, and even take home a secret Spanish Family Recipe from local grandmothers. This is more than a tasting - it’s a connection to the culture, a sensory journey of tasteful Malaga.
