🥇This is the very first Gein International Club meetup, a space created by internationals for expats, newcomers and curious locals living in Amsterdam Zuidoost (in particular Gein, Reigersbos, Holendrecht, Gaasperplas, Nellestein, Kraaiennest) who want to find friends and fun English-friendly activities nearby without having to travel all the way to the city center.
👋🏼 Think of this as our “first hello” in a neutral space before we move on to smaller, cosier gatherings in libraries, living rooms, cafés, parks.

🌸Gein International Club is a new project started in August 2025. It’s not about big, random expat meetups, it’s about creating a sense of belonging in the neighborhood through:
- Cosy, intentional gatherings (picnics, brunches, potlucks, board games, journaling nights…) where everybody shares a little something
- English-friendly conversations and cultural exchange
- Meeting likeminded people who live nearby so community feels natural and local.
