Lisa is a Certified Nutrition Specialist and self-taught in the kitchen (or mom-taught if you will). She aims to bring nutrition recommendations to life through recipes and real examples of nourishing yourself with delicious homemade food. Cooking as a group is a relaxed, non-judgmental, fun way to meal prep, learn new tips and tricks, and grow a community. Cook along with Lisa and learn new tips, tricks, and nutrition facts about ingredients as well as how to incorporate them into your diet. In addition to cooking classes, Well Fed Wellness offers nutritional counseling focusing on personalized, approachable nutrition recommendations without restriction or crazy diets.
