About New Cottage Arts

Founded in 2019, New Cottage Arts (NCA) transforms lives through free, year-round music and art education for Denver youth and families. We serve over 500 students annually across schools, community centers, and refugee programs, focusing on creativity as a pathway to personal growth, mental wellness, and community connection.

Our programs combine artistic skill-building with mentorship, social-emotional learning, and cultural equity — ensuring that every young person has the tools, confidence, and opportunities to succeed. From drumlines to visual arts, youth-led showcases to public murals, NCA is building a future where arts education is not a luxury, but a public good.
