Our mission is simple: combine the principles of Pilates with smart strength programming so you leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and more confident in your body.
Meet your instructors and co founders
Esraa is a Certified Personal Trainer and your Strength Instructor. Movement has been part of her life since childhood, starting with competitive swimming and evolving into strength training, running, and triathlons. No matter the goal, strength training has always been her anchor. She knows what it feels like to step into the gym and feel overwhelmed, and she’s passionate about making strength training feel clear, structured, and empowering so you can stay consistent and see real results.
Amielle is a Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and Reformer) and your Pilates Instructor. With a background in dance, horse riding, golf, gymnastics, yoga and more, movement has always been a huge part of her life. Pilates entered her world at university, but it was later, during her healing journey, that she rediscovered it in a deeper way and truly connected with the power of intentional movement. Her teaching style is rooted in Pilates foundations, control, concentration, precision, centering, breath, flow, with a dynamic twist designed to challenge you and leave you feeling centered, aligned, and defined.
Together, we created The Haya Method because while Pilates is incredible for mobility, core strength, and alignment, strength training is essential for building muscle and long term resilience, especially for women. This is a balanced, holistic approach that supports you now and for years to come.
