Hi, I’m Jen, a certified group fitness instructor passionate about creating high-energy, inclusive workouts that bring people together. I specialize in Barre, Pilates, Functional Strength Training, and Hybrid Fitness classes and host pop-up classes that go beyond just movement — they’re a space to connect, reset, and recharge.
Each event is designed to challenge your body and lift your spirit, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out. My mission is to build a welcoming community inside and outside the studio — where we cheer each other on, celebrate progress, and show up as we are.
