Hi, I’m Julia — a 32-year-old corporate girly turned wellness enthusiast based in Hallandale, Florida. After years of working from home (and talking to a computer box all day!), I felt a deep desire to create something more real, more connected, more human.

That’s how this community was born — a space to move, breathe, and belong. I’m passionate about building sisterhood, cultivating joy, and creating moments that nourish the mind, body, and soul.
