Katherine Baldwin - Relationship Coach
Katherine Baldwin is a trauma-informed transformational coach, specialising in love, dating and relationships and midlife transition.
She supports people to grow in self-love, self-esteem and self-confidence, overcome their relationship blocks and find, form and maintain a healthy and loving relationship. She also supports people to thrive and shine as their authentic selves and create fulfilling lives.
Katherine is the author of 'How to Fall in Love', an intelligent dating and relationship guide, and was described as BBC Radio 2's Jeremy Vine as "so wise" and a "brilliant" coach. Besides Radio 2, her relationship advice and her personal journey to a loving relationship have been featured on Woman's Hour and in the pages of Psychologies, Good Housekeeping, the Guardian, The Sunday Times and The Daily Mail.
In the words of one of Katherine's retreat guests, she is "gifted at holding space for people and fostering dreams". She walks the walk, sharing with vulnerability and from the heart and creating a safe and supportive space for others to do the same.
Since opening her coaching practice in 2017, she has guided many clients into healthy relationships, loving marriages and fulfilling lives and careers.
Katherine is also a retreat host, a mental health and wellbeing speaker and a TEDx speaker.
She combines training in counselling and psychotherapy with more than 20 years of continuous personal development in the fields of addiction recovery, coaching and mentoring. She has also undergone her own profound transformation, recovering from an eating disorder and other addictions, healing developmental trauma and overcoming dysfunctional and codependent dating and relationship patterns to find healthy love with her now husband.
