Mindfully Hannah

Mindfully Hannah has been set up by NHS Doctor-turned-Meditation Teacher, Dr Hannah Tribe, to be a space for women to learn the skills of meditation and mindfulness. Hannah's personal experience of burnout, combined with her professional experience as a Women's Health Doctor and now qualified Meditation Teacher (BSoM), makes her uniquely equipped to offer wellbeing support in the form of meditation and mindfulness classes, courses and general resources, to help women in all stages of life improve their health and wellbeing, reduce stress and build resilience.
