NeuroEmpower CIC (formerly Think Differently) is a UK-based social enterprise specialising in neurodiversity training, coaching, and consultancy. We partner with workplaces, schools, families, and individuals to create environments where autistic people, those with learning disabilities, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neuro-differences can thrive.

We deliver the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training for Learning Disability & Autism, alongside CPD-accredited courses, workplace inclusion assessments, parent mentoring, and more. Our approach is strengths-based and co-designed with people with lived experience — because true inclusion only happens when everyone’s voice is heard.
