Stephanie Klein

Stephanie Klein is a leadership consultant who helps business owners and teams turn big ideas into practical strategies that actually work. She’s known for making team building engaging (and even fun) while helping businesses grow with intention. As the founder of Klein Leadership Solutions, she creates custom approaches that boost performance and build stronger, more connected teams.

In addition to her consulting work, Stephanie owns two chapters of Network in Action and one group specific for Trades Professionals. These groups are composed of business owners and managers that are focused on building meaningful relationships, sharing referrals, and growing their businesses together. Her approach blends structure with connection, helping members feel supported, seen, and successful.

Before launching her businesses, Stephanie led leadership and team-building programs at Duke and NC State, working with students, staff, and faculty. She holds a Master’s in Leadership and Counseling, blending real-world insight with a solid academic foundation.

Whether working with a team of 10 or a room of 250, Stephanie brings clarity, energy, and a down-to-earth style that helps teams move forward together.
