The Cambridge Speechwriter

I'm an author, TEDx speaker, and Public Affairs Consultant with a passion for language and what it can achieve. I work with C-suite executives, directors, and intergovernmental organisations, often focusing on justice, gender, and environmental AI technology.

With a professional background in speechwriting and an academic foundation in rhetoric, I’ve supported individuals and organizations with their public affairs needs since 2013. From speeches and op-eds to strategic statements and crisis communications, I have a proven track record of helping clients navigate the most challenging situations.

As an experienced speaker and moderator, I’ve spoken at and moderated conferences across Europe and North America, and I’ve been a guest lecturer at leading universities, including Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard, Georgetown, and Columbia.

My first book, How to Apologise for Killing a Cat: Rhetoric and the Art of Persuasion, earned recognition from top political and corporate leaders following an endorsement by Barack Obama’s Senior Speechwriter. My second book, The Language of Evil, will be released in April 2025.
