Located in the vibrant Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C., the Sovereign’s kitchen features classic, ingredient-driven Belgian dishes that draw on French, German, and Dutch cooking techniques and traditions. Specially sourced Dutch-style mussels, traditional flammekuchen (crispy flatbreads), and braises and stews such as Lapin a la Kriek (rabbit braised in cherry beer) and other classic, regional dishes serve as the core of the seasonally changing menu.
