Hi, I’m Vatsala, a yoga teacher trained in New Delhi, now sharing mindful movement and stillness practices in Toronto and across Canada.
My sessions are rooted in traditional yoga philosophy, yet adapted for modern, everyday life. I specialize in guided meditation, breathwork, Vinyasa, and the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga. Whether you're a beginner or reconnecting with your practice, I offer safe, welcoming classes that meet you where you are, no pressure, no pretzel poses. Just presence, breath, and space to be yourself.
