Kendra is an experienced yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher. With a 500RYT certification, Kendra is a seasoned multi-style yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Her journey into the world of yoga has taken her to the birthplace of the practice, India, where she completed a rigorous 300-hour training, immersing herself in the rich traditions and teachings of yoga.
In addition to her extensive training, Kendra is also certified in pregnancy yoga and mum and baby yoga, offering support and guidance to women throughout every stage of motherhood.
Driven by her passion for holistic wellness, Kendra is dedicated to sharing the transformative benefits of yoga for both body and mind. Through her classes, workshops and retreats she aims to empower her students to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mobility while fostering inner peace and mental clarity. Kendra believes that by tuning inward and quieting the mind, yoga becomes a powerful tool for managing stress and improving sleep quality.
