About the series

The Spanish and Global Studies Speaker Series aims to increase global and Spanish-language opportunities and resources that connect the GSU community with the global public square and provides a public forum where students can explore important topics in civil society. The theme for this Fall’s Speaker Series is immigration. It is supported by the Department of Education Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Language (UISFL) grant and is part of the “Making Spanish and Global Studies Accessible to All” (Dr. Novia Pagone and Dr. Jelena Radovic-Fanta, co-directors).
