Segunda jornada del evento que conmemora el Día de la Mujer Emprendedora, que promueven Tanit Ibiza Conexion y el Ayuntamiento de Ibiza

Objetivo General:Promover el empoderamiento femenino mediante un evento que proporcione herramientas, recursos y apoyo a mujeres en diferentes situaciones de vulnerabilidad, para promover su conciliación familiar, su reintegración laboral, y promover el emprendimiento en femenino.Objetivos Específicos:1. Facilitar la conciliación familiar y laboral: Proporcionar herramientas y estrategias a mujeres para gestionar sus responsabilidades familiares y laborales de manera equilibrada.2. Apoyar la reincorporación laboral de mujeres: Crear un espacio de networking, orientación profesional y formación para mujeres que han dejado de trabajar por razones de maternidad o cuidado familiar, ayudándoles a reingresar al mundo laboral.3. Fomentar el emprendimiento femenino: Proporcionar pautas, recursos y mentorías a mujeres jóvenes interesadas en iniciar su propio negocio.4. Apoyar a mujeres en situación de vulnerabilidad: Brindar apoyo emocional, legal y social a mujeres que han sufrido maltrato o exclusión social, mediante talleres, charlas y asesorías personalizadas.5. Crear una red de apoyo y colaboración: Construir una comunidad de mujeres que se apoyen mutuamente, compartan experiencias y conocimientos, y colaboren en proyectos conjuntos.
