Can I attend the Barre class if I am pregnant?

Absolutely, provided you are approved to exercise by your doctor. Barre is a safe workout to enjoy during pregnancy as it is easily adapted for different trimesters. Please let Jasmine (your coach) know when you arrive so she can provide modifications wherever necessary throughout the class.

Is the event in English or Spanish?

Activities will run in Spanish however both hosts speak English fluently and can translate with ease whenever necessary.

Can I come alone?

Yes! We encourage people to feel comfortable to come alone. Expect a fun, relaxed environment, your hosts will  set the tone so that attendees can chat, laugh and make new connections.

I have never done barre before is that an issue?

Accepted Answer

Barre class is designed for everyone, no dance experience or fitness level is needed. Modifications will be offered throughout and it is always encouraged to take breaks and go at your own pace. This is your class to enjoy your way!

I am a male interested in this event, can  I come along or is this aimed for women?

This event is open to everyone who wants to enjoy a mindful morning of fun movement and creativity supporting an extremely important cause. We are delighted to welcome everyone and anyone interested in taking part.

Question 6

What should I wear or bring with me?

Accepted Answer

Barre is done in bare feet or grippy socks and regular workout wear. The floral workshop is hands-on and most people stay in their athleisure clothes for comfort and ease. Please bring a small towel for your workout mat and a water bottle, everything else will be provided.
