And even more, after the recent update, including new exercises that were not presented at the conference!WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE WORKSHOPTHIS WORKSHOP IS ON ZOOM-YOU MUST BE A ZOOM SUBSCRIBERYou can choose how you prefer to experience this workshop, either as an observer (taking notes) or as a practitioner (trying the exercises in your own body following the explanations given by the presenters). As these seminars have been marketed to you as a Pilates practitioner/instructor, it is expected that you will have the know-how to take care of your own body. Meaning, if you come to any exercise in which your body is not happy, modify or leave it out.All classes/workshops are in CET/Barcelona time.
