Did you know that when you engage yourself artistically and use your imagination, you can regulate your blood pressure and your heart rate?

STPLN welcomes you to the Art therapy workshop: Art experience and exploration. Inspired by the works of the artist Lorena Ojeda; your willing guide throughout this process. This session aims to help participants understand self expression and awaken self awareness with an honest pure approach away from day to day distractions.

As a participant you are invited to paint a variety of art and therapeutic exercises that will help you express yourself creatively, relax and hopefully discover something new.

No experience required! This is suitable for anyone.

This is a safe space for us to open our heart and let out whatever we want, for this reason we ask to respect each other and no phones will be allowed during the session.

The admissions are limited and we will only accept 10 participants.

This activity is completely for FREE!! and you'll get provided with everything you need for the exercise of this session. HOWEVER if you don't show up you´ll have to pay 200kr due the cost of wasted materials, so be sure when you sign in!!.

* Donations will be accepted the day of the event but is not obligatory.

Of course if you have any corona symptoms we ask you to stay at home, please let us know at least 24hrs before the event, so we can give the space to someone else!
