Do I need any prior experience with soundbaths or meditation?

Accepted Answer

No experience is needed! Just come as you are, lie down or sit comfortably, and enjoy the vibrations and sounds.

Question 2

How long does the soundbath last?

Accepted Answer

Typically, the session lasts about 75 minutes, including a gentle arrival and closing.

Question 3

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats are available for free, but I only have a limited number — please choose your ticket accordingly (with or without mat). Bolsters and blankets are usually provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Question 4

Can I eat before the session?

Accepted Answer

It’s best to have a light meal or snack at least an hour before to avoid discomfort while lying down.

Is the session suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

The soundbath is generally designed for adults. Please contact me if you want to bring a child.
