Iguality is a registered non profit organisation in Barcelona, Spain. We strongly believe that mental health care should be accessible to all members of society, which is why we offer free mental health services to individuals and communities that face marginalisation and precarity.

🇬🇧 Join us for our next Hiking session! It's open to anyone, free to join and focused on building community together and meeting new people in a safe and inclusive environment. This session is led by Rachel, Mohammadali, and Marina. We will take the train at 10:15 and arrive in Sitges around 11:00. We will walk to Parc Natural del Garraf and do a 9 km hike with approximately 300 metres of elevation gain, which will take around 3 hours. Shoes with good grip, a water bottle, a snack and sunscreen are recommended. We will walk through the Garraf Massif and appreciate the scenic views. We will be back around 17:00. You don't need to have hiking experience to join! Está abierta a tod@s, es gratuita y está enfocada en construir comunidad junt@s y conocer gente nueva en un ambiente seguro e inclusivo. Esta sesión está liderada por Rachel, Mohammadali y Marina. Tomaremos el tren a las 10:15 y llegaremos a Sitges alrededor de las 11:00. Caminaremos hasta el Parc Natural del Garraf y haremos una caminata de 9 km con aproximadamente 300 metros de desnivel, que tomará alrededor de 3 horas. Se recomienda llevar zapatos con buen agarre, una botella de agua, un snack y protector solar. Caminaremos por el Macizo del Garraf y apreciaremos las vistas panorámicas. Regresaremos alrededor de las 17:00. ¡No necesitas tener experiencia en senderismo para unirte!
