Parenting Styles + Attachment Theory2. Awareness of Generational Patterns: Innerchild + Trigger Work3. Nourishing Ourselves4. Child Development 1015. "Seeing" Your Child: Connection vs. Correction6. The Power of Play &amp; PresenceEach 2 hour session will be presented in an engaging format that is research based, &amp; has been tried/tested whilst working with children. Every class will include a parenting circle, an open-safe-held space for sharing whatever needs to be expressed.Are you ready to expand &amp; have greater awareness around your own needs &amp; those of your families? Are you ready to say yes to yourself, &amp; yes to your family?Join us on this journey of slowing down together as a family thru connection, community &amp; co-creation.
