[english version below]¿En qué consiste el tratamiento contra la fatiga post pandémica?Se trata de una experiencia de meditación con baile donde se accede a la música a través de unos cascos individuales, a través de los cuales DJ Birulinda te propone un sesión de 60 minutos, bailando en el Parque del Retiro¿En qué consiste el ECSTATIC DANCE DANCE?Se trata de una meditación de baile inspirada por Gabriel Roth, que crea los 5 Ritmos. Los 5 ritmos al igual que Ecstatic dance están divididos en 5 fases.FLOWING representa la emoción del TEMOR, y la etapa de la vida del NACIMIENTO.STACCATO representa la emoción del ENFADO, y la etapa de la vida de la INFANCIA.CHAOS representa la emoción de la TRISTEZA, y la etapa de la vida de la PUBERTAD.LYRICAL representa la emoción de la ALEGRÍA, y la etapa de la vida de la MADUREZ.STILLNESS representa la emoción de la COMPASIÓN, y la etapa de la vida de la MUERTE.Estas 5 fases están representadas con música de todo el mundo y géneros, a través de los latidos por minuto se representa cada fase.
